Return Policy

Below is our policy to determine if your purchase is eligible for a refund or exchange.

  • Non-sale merchandise in new and un-opened condition may be returned with your packing slip up to 10 days from the ship date for a refund or for store credit. Note: you are 100% responsible for the return shipping fee and we will deduct the original shipping fee from your refund or store credit.
  • Any available store credits will be issued at the then lowest selling price.
  • All gift returns may be for store credit only and no cash refunds are available.
  • All sale purchases (including the use of coupon codes) are final and no refunds or store credits are available.

All returns should be mailed to Lolli Bean’s with the packing slip that was included with your product(s). Please mark “RETURN” at the top of the slip.
